Directions to the Chapel Service
Temple B'nai Moshe is
located at 1845 Commonwealth Avenue behind a triangular park. The Chapel Service is located on the first floor of the Temple.
The main sanctuary of the Temple is up a long flight of stairs to a room that seats 700. Be careful-- that's not
our service. The Chapel Service meets in the Chapel. The entrance is to the right of the stairs as you are facing the
Temple and down a few steps.
By T: We are located on the B line of the Green Line at
the Chiswick Road stop. The Bluestone Bistro is on that corner as you are coming from BU.
By Car: Please see the map below for directions. Note that the city
often allows parking during the holidays along the railroad tracks and on the streets. Street parking can be a little difficult
so come early or give yourself time to find a space.
Directions to Tashlich
On Rosh Hashanah afternoon, we gather
for a short ceremony called Tashlich at Chandler Pond, which is located close to the Temple off Lake street
in Brighton.
From Temple B'nai Moshe, go west on Commonwealth Ave (which is a right out of the Temple), go
through the light at Cleveland Circle, crossing Chestnut Hill Ave. Take a right on Lake St, across from Boston College. Go
4/10 of a mile and take a left on Lake Shore Rd. The pond will be on your right.
If you did not travel to the Temple
by car, rides will be available to Tashlich and back to the T.
