Here is the form to fill out to let us know you are coming! Because it is traditional to contribute to good causes in memory of loved ones at the High Holidays, the registration form includes the opportunity for you to donate to Tzedakah. You may want to donate money to provide holiday meals for needy Jewish families in Boston and/or you may want to send money directly to provide some extras to children in a Rwandan orphanage. In addition, you can indicate on the form whether you'd like to contribute to the Bimah Flowers in honor of a special occasion or person or in memory of a loved one.

If you will be joining us for the memorial service called Yizkor on Yom Kippur afternoon and would like to have Rabbi Cherie mention your loved ones who have passed away, please provide us with their names in the appropriate section below.

Lily Brent to help her do something special for the children in Rwanda she will be working with as part of a volunteer service corps program sponsored by the Jewish Joint Distribution Committee.
